For most people, ballbusting is a private endeavor. Not many people run around and tell everyone about their interest in kicking/getting kicked in the balls. One internet user, Wutchaknowboutdat has been going far and beyond that on a new ballbusting social network called "Kicked in the Groin", hosted by Ning.
